摘　　要：目的 :探讨洁尔阴的体外抑菌作用。方法 :用 K-B纸片扩散法原液和 1∶ 3洁尔阴水浸液滤纸片对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、白色葡萄球菌、甲型链球菌、乙型链球菌及白色念珠菌的抑菌作用进行了研究。结果 :洁尔阴对以上细菌均有明显的抑菌作用。结论Objective: To research on the in vitro growth inhibition effect of Jieeryin on bacteria. Methods: K B paper was dispersed with original solution and the circular filter paper was presoaked with 1∶3. Jieeryin water extract and observed the effect on the following bacteria: Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus, Staphylococcus albicans,α hemolytic streptoccus, β hemolytic streptococcus Candida albicans. Results: Jieeryin had obvious effect of growth inhibition on bacteria. Conclusion: Jieeryin has significant in vitro effect of growth inhibition on bacteria and anti fungal effect.
