摘 要:目的 :比较破壁与不破壁松花粉的药理活性 ,观察二者对免疫功能的影响。方法 :实验观察二者对小鼠血清溶血素生成及对小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬功能的影响。结果 :破壁与不破壁松花粉能明显促进鸡红细胞免疫的小鼠血清溶血素 (Ig M)生成 ,具有增强体液免疫作用 (P<0 .0 5 )。并且二者均具有提高小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬功能的趋势 ,但与对照组比无显著差异 (P>0 .0 5 )。结论 :未发现破壁与不破壁松花粉对免疫功能作用的明显差别 (P>0 .0 5 ) 。Objective: To compare the pharmacological activities between broken and unbroken pini pollen, observe the effects on immune function. Methods: To experiment the effects on the production of the mice's IgM and the phagocytic function of murine peritoneal macrophages. Results: Broken and unbroken pini pollen could obviously promote the production of mice's IgM immunized by chicken's red blood cells, enhance the immune function of body fluid (P<0.05). They could also improve the phagocytic function of murine peritoneal macrophages, but there wasn't apparent difference from contrast (P>0.05). Conclusions: There's no apparent difference on immune function between broken and unbroken pini pollen, unbroken pini pollen can be used directly.
