摘　　要：目的 :为确保四知堂药酒的疗效和用药安全。方法 :采用双波长薄层扫描法测定了其中的乌头碱含量。结果 :平均回收率为 98.2 % ,RSD为 2 .37%。结论 :该法简便、灵敏 ,重现性好 。Objective: To ensure safety usage and curative effect of Sizhitang medicinal liquor. Methods: To determine the content of the aconitine by dual wavelength TLCS. Results: The average recovery is 98.2%, and RSD is 2.37%. Conclusion: The method is simple, sensitive with a good reproducibility, and can be used in the quality control of the wine dosage containing the Radix Aconiti kusnezoffii .
