三七总皂甙对急性有机磷农药中毒患者脏器损伤的保护作用研究

摘　　要：目的 研究三七总皂甙对急性有机磷农药中毒脏器损伤的保护作用。方法 将 52例口服有机磷农药中毒患者随机分为 2组，一组为常规治疗组 (n=26)给予洗胃、复能剂、阿托品及对症处理，另一组为中西药治疗组 (n=26)在常规治疗组的基础上加用中药三七总皂甙 200mg/d，同时以 30例健康体检者为正常对照组，观察 2组治疗前和治疗后 72h以及健康体检组体检时血清胆碱酯酶 (CHE)、丙氨酸氨基转移酶 (ALT)、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶 (AST)、乳酸脱氢酶 (LDH)、肌酸磷酸激酶 (CK)、白细胞介素－ 6(IL－ 6)、白细胞介素－ 8(IL－ 8)变化。结果 中西药治疗组治疗后 72hALT、 AST、 CK、 LDH、 TNF、 IL－ 6、 IL－ 8值较常规治疗组减少(P<0.05, P<0.01).结论 三七总皂对急性有机磷中毒致脏器损伤具有保护作用.To observe the protective effect of Panax Notoginseng Saponin (PNS) on visceral injury of acute orgaophosphorus poisoning (AOP).Methods:52 patients with AOP were divided into two grorps of 26 patients each:the first grorp received routine treatment,and the second group received routine treatment plus PNS 200mg/day.30 healthy subjects were recruited as the control group.Cholinesterase (CHE),alanine aminotransferase (ALT),aspartate aminotransferase (AST),lactate dehydrogenase (LDH),creatine phosphokinase (CPK),interleukin? 6 (IL? 6) and interleukin? 8 (IL? 8) were detected before treatment and 72 hours after treatment in two treatment groups and during physical examination in healthy group. Results:After 72 hours of treatment,above indexes in PNS treatment grorp decreased significantly than those of routine treatment group (P<0.05, P<0.01)Conclusion:PNS has protective effects on visceral injury of AOP.
