心脑喜康逆转异常血压昼夜节律的临床观察

摘　　要：为观察中药心脑喜康逆转异常血压昼夜节律的作用 ,采用DP 50 0 0A动态血压监测仪测定 35例原发性高血压 (非勺型 )患者 2 4小时动态血压 ,观察 2 4小时平均收缩压和舒张压、血压负荷值、收缩压和舒张压的夜间下降百分率。结果 :1 9例患者的异常血压昼夜节律逆转 ,1 6例未逆转 ;逆转患者上述指标均有显著改善 (P <0 .0 1 )。To observe the effects of Chinese herb“Xinnao Xikang”in reversing the circadian rhythm of abnormal blood pressure,the 24 hour dynamic blood pressure in 35 cases of primary hypertension of non dipper type was monitored by DP5000A instrument.And the 24 hour average systolic pressure,diastolic pressure,load value of pressure,the lowering rates of systolic and diastolic pressure were observed.The circadian rhythm of abnormal blood pressure was reversed in 19 cases and not reversed in 16 cases;meanwhile,the indexes in the 19 cases were improved greatly.
