止咳化痰冲剂治疗肺系病证临床疗效观察

摘　　要：观察止咳化痰冲剂治疗肺系病证的疗效。急、慢性支气管炎、上呼吸道感染、肺炎、慢性咽炎、支气管扩张患者 1 2 5例 ,服用止咳化痰冲剂 1～ 2周 ,结果临床控制 2 9例 ,显效 4 3例 ,有效 4 1例 ,无效 1 2例 ,总有效率90 4 % ;并将其中急、慢性支气管炎 50例为治疗组 ,另设 50例对照组 (服用百咳净 ) ,疗程 1～ 2周 ,作疗效及症状改善情况比较 ,结果 :治疗组和对照组总有效率分别为 88 0 %、78 0 % (P <0 .0 5) ;止咳作用总有效率为 90 0 %、78 0 %(P <0 .0 5)。提示止咳化痰冲剂疗效较好 。To observe the curative effects of “Phlegm Dissolving and Cough Stopping Granule”in the treatment of acute and chronic bronchitis,upper respiratory tract infection,pneumonia,chronic pharyngitis,and bronchiectasis in 125 cases,the “Grtanule”was given for 1～2 weeks.Results showed clinical control in 29 cases,effectiveness in 41 cases and failure in 12 cases,and the total effective rate being 90 4%.Another 50 cases in control group was given “Baikejing”for 1～2 weeks.The total effective rates were 88 0% and 78 0% respectively in treatment and control groups( P <0.05);the total effective rate in stopping cough were respectively 90 0% and 78 0%( P <0.05);the total effective rates in dissolving phelgm were 74 0% and 68 0% ( P >0.05).
