试析《温病条辨》以桂枝汤开篇的意义

摘　　要：以“神机气立学说”分析外感热病的病因病机 ,认为时邪、伏气与人体正气密切相关 ,并结合临床经验体会分析“发表不远热 ,攻里不远寒” ,强调外感热病初起 ,或发病时间较长仍以表寒证为主 ,吴鞠通的《温病条辨》以桂枝汤为开篇第一方 ,符合温病学的卫气营血理论及临床实际状况 。The cause and pathogenesis of exopathic febrile diseases was analyzed,it was believed that the seasonal and latent pathogen was closely related to the health qi.By his clinical experience,it was stressed that the exopathic febrile diseases,earlier or later,was of exterior cold pattern.What Wu Jiutong listed “Cinnamon Decoction” as the starting formula of Treatise of Epidemic Febrile Diseases agreed with the clinical practice.
