世行贷款结核病控制项目实施的不均衡性和影响因素评析

摘　　要：目的　评析山东省 1 7市、地世行贷款中国结核病控制项目实施情况的不均衡性和影响因素。方法　对 1 994年～ 1 998年项目实施情况进行分析。结果　全省 1 7个市、地年平均涂阳新登记率为 8.9/1 0 5～ 2 9.1 /1 0 5,初、复治涂阳病人的治愈率分别为 88.1 %～ 97.6%和 79.3%～ 94.1 %。结论发现各市、地结核病控制的不均衡性的原因 ,强化现代结核病控制策略 ,缩小各市、地间项目实施效果的差异性。Objective To evaluate on unbalance and its affecting factors of conducting the tuberculosis control project loaned by World Bank in 17 prefectures of Shandong province.Methods To analyse conducting project from 1994 to 1998.Results In 17 prefectures,the average annual new smear positive register rates were 8.9/10 5 to 29.1/10 5;the cure rates of new smear positive and retreatment cases were 88.1% to 97.6% and 79.3% to 94.1%,respectively.Conclusion To find out the reasons for unbalance in the aspect of tuberculosis control in all prefectures,facilitate the TB control programme,reduce the difference in tuberculosis control in all prefectures.
