对佐剂性关节炎大鼠血清、肝中微量元素含量的研究

摘　　要：目的 :研究关节炎大鼠血清、肝中微量元素含量与病情的关系。方法 :用福氏佐剂诱导大鼠关节炎后 ,将大鼠分成未治疗组与治疗组 ,用原子吸收分光光度法测定各组大鼠血清、肝中微量元素含量。结果 :未治疗组血清、肝中微量元素Cu、Zn、Fe均低于治疗组。而且随病情的好转 ,体内微量元素含量也趋于正常。结论 :佐剂性关节炎时 ,大鼠血清。Objective:To investigate the relationship between the TE contents in serum and liver of Wistar rats with arthritis induced with Freund's adjuvant and the severeness of the illness.Methods:The rats with arthritis were divided into three groups,and treated with Chinese medicine,western medicine and single solvant respectively.TE contents were determined with atomic absorption spectrophotometry and compared among the three groups.Results:The contents of Cu.Zn.Mg in serum and liver of control group were less than other two groups receiving medicines.Along with the arthritis getting improved,the differences among the three groups were not significant.Conclusion:Experiments shows that the arthritis induced by Freund's adjuvant can reduce trace element contents in Wistar rats serum and liver.
