异博定对心率变异的探讨

摘　　要：目的　研究对无结构性心血管疾病的个体口服钙离子拮抗剂异博定对心率变异的影响。方法　对35例患有阵发性房室结折返性心动过速患者口服异博定 4 0mg ,3次 /d。于服药开始及服药 4～ 8周进行 2次 ,监测 2 4h动态心电 ,对监测结果进行时域及频域分析 ,查寻对心率变异的影响。结果　服用异博定后RR间期明显增加 ,异博定的总频率在异博定治疗期间无明显改变 ,ULF增加CF、LF/HF下降。结论　异博定导致ULF增加 ,LF减少 ,ULF的增加补偿了LF的减少 ,其结果使心率变异不变。Objective To study the affection of velapamil on variation of un-structure cardiovascular disease. Methods 35 cases of paroxysmal A-V node reciprocal tachycardia were treated with velapamil 40mg tid.. The hotter detection was taken at beginning and 4～8 weeks after treated. The results were analyzed in time and frequency. Results The RR was significantly increased after use of velapamil and velapamil total frequency was not changed during treatment. ULF increased and CF and LF/HF decreased. Conclusion Velapamil could increase ULF and decrease LF. The increased ULF could compensate the decrease of LF and maintain the unchanged variation of HR.
