摘　　要：文章主要是基于理论界信息资源的研究的沉淀 ,对信息资源的含义、特性及其类型的界定进行了简单的叙述 ,对其中极少受到关注的潜在信息资源进行了简单的分析。主要从它具有的特性上进行了探索性的思考 ,简单阐述了开发潜在信息资源的现实性与必要性 ,并且对开发和利用它的现实可能性进行了展望 。The article introduces the cognition to information resources and dicusses the meanings,types and specialities and simply analyses the potential information resource which is seldom adverted and importantly discusses the specialities of information resource and simply exoatiates on necessity and urgency of exploitation of information resource and prospect the realistic possibility of expoiting information resouce so as to arouse the attention of coteries
