摘　　要：根据盐城地区实际情况 ,提出增设抗震柱、屋面现浇、墙身砼现浇带、洞口闭合框等抗震构造设计方法 。According to the actual conditions in the Yancheng area and in order to fulfill the function of earthquake-resistance of brick-and-concrete-composite-construction houses.the author puts forwards some suggestions dealiing with the earthquake-resistant construction designing.Such as increasing the number of earthquake-resistant columns roofing casting-in-place,concrete casting-in-place for walls,and close-frames for opening,etc.
