摘　　要：研究了一种碘标的新方法———新生态Ⅰ价铜法 ,并与其它碘标方法作了比较。研究了其标记条件 ,经TLC和放射自显影证实 ,标记率可达 95%以上。A new 125 I radioiodination based on the Cu(Ⅰ) assisted isotopic exchange in an ethanol water mixture ofβ-methyl-ω-p-iodophenyl pentadecanoic acid was studied. It was compared with the solid-phase method and the direct labelling method (trifluoro acetic thallium). The yield of labelling based on the Cu(Ⅰ) is more than 95% confirmed by TLC and molecular imaging system.
