摘  要:用二硫酚锌盐显色,氯仿萃取分光光度法测定海绵锆中钨。探讨了显色剂二硫酚锌盐的制备方法,研究了最佳测定条件。试样经盐酸、氢氟酸溶解,在盐酸介质中,用三氯化钛还原钨,在 (95± 2)℃水浴中与二硫酚锌盐生成蓝绿色络合物,进行比色测定,回收率为 98%~ 100%,相对标准偏差优于 10%,测定范围 0.5~ 200μ g/g。Determination of tungsten in spongy zirconium by zinc-bithionol-chloroform extracting spectrophotometric method was investigated in detail, including the synthetic process of zinc-bithionol, and the optimized test conditions and/or parameters. After dissolved in HC1+HF mixture acid, tungsten of high valence state in spongy zirconium samples was then reduced to its lower valence state form by TiCl3 in hydrochloride acid medium, at (95±2)°C. Finally, the resultant was allowed to react with zinc-bithionol, obtaining a green blue complex which was extracted by chloroform and tested by spectrophotometric method. The recycling ratio and the relative standard deviation as well as the determination scope of this method were 98%-100%, <10%, and 0.5-200μg/g, respectively.
