载脂蛋白AI-CⅡ基因区域DNA多态频率的研究

摘　　要：本文以apoAI cDNA片段(1.0kb)为探针,对50名正常血脂的汉族个体的apoAICⅢ基因区域DNA多态频率和特征进行了研究。结果表明,apoAI Msp—Ⅰ多态频率具有种族差异,可作为一种有用的遗传标记,进一步研究其与高脂血症,动脉粥样硬化等疾病的连锁关系,可为这些疾病的早期诊断和预防提供理论依据。Polymorphisms identified by DNA Restriction Fragment Length Polymorphisms in the apoAI-CⅢ gene region were investigated in 50 unrelated healthy Chinese subjects, using genomic DNA hybridization analysis with a 1.0 kb fragment of the human apoAI gene cDNA.A mutant polymorphic site (M2) in the apoAI-CⅢ gene region was found in Chinese population. The frequency of the M2 allele was 0.22, much higher than that in Caucasians. but lower than that in Japanese. The results of the present Study suggest that M2 gene frequency shows difference in various racial groups and the apoAl Msp-Ⅰ polymorphism may be a useful genetic marker in Chinese population.
