中西医结合治疗女性生殖道尖锐湿疣(附116例临床分析)

摘　　要：本文报告中西医结合治疗女性生殖道尖锐湿疣116例,根据用药方法不同分3组:局部抗疣灵软膏治疗37例;抗疣灵加中药坐浴49例;抗疣灵加全身中药治疗30例。116例全部有效,治愈率82.76%,抗疣灵加全身中药治疗组治愈率93.3%。The 116 cases of condyloma acuminatum of female genital tract were treated. The youngest case was 5 years old, the oldest was 54. The incidence of group aged 20～34 years old is 74.13%. Antiviral therapy was taken as the essencial principle of treatment. According to the therapy patients were divided into 3 groups: (1) local drug application, (2) local drug application plus Chinese traditional medicine sitz bath, and (3) local drug application plus constitutional treatment by Chinese herbs.The total effective rate and cure rate of the 116 cases were 100% and 82.76% respectively. But the cure rate of group(3) was 93.3%, which was slightly higher than that (90%)of laser therapy and of cryotherapy reported abroad.
