老年前期及老年期脑力劳动者住院患者的死因分析

摘　　要：本文对老年前期及老年期脑力劳动者82例患者死因进行了统计分析并探讨了防治措施。导致死亡的主要疾病依次是:恶性肿瘤、脑血管疾病、心血管疾病。Our research unit from January 1982 to November 1987 totally treated 3176 cases of pregeriatric and geriatric mental workers in hospital who are patients of department of internal medicine and surgery. 82 cases of them died. In this article the causes of death of 82 cases are analyzed, preventive measures are discussed. The main diseases leading to death are in the following order: the first are 30 cases of malignant tumors (36.6%); the second are 21 cases of cerebrovascular diseases (25.6%); the third are 12 cases of cardiovascular diseases (14.7%).
