摘　　要：本文的主要宗旨在于阐明追求利润应该成为国有商业银行的首要经营目标。对该问题作者从六个方面展开论述 ;并针对当前国有商业银行在政府的管制下经营目标严重偏离利润的实际情况 ,提出了加速国有商业银行经营目标向利润转轨的六条政策建议。The main point of the paper is to illustrate that profit maximization should be the prime managing objective of the state owned commercial banks. The author presented six suggestions that the state owned commercial banks should quickly set up the profit maximization objective and change the current practice under the control of the government.
