摘　　要：20世纪 80年代以来 ,随着经济、金融全球化及信息技术的广泛运用 ,国际银行业发生了巨大变化 ,银行监管也相应地不断变革。亚洲金融危机使得各国监管当局进一步认识到银行监管改革的重要性。纵观全球 ,银行监管呈现出诸多全新的发展趋势 ,对我国有很重要的参考价值和借鉴意义。The paper summarized the corresponding reform of banking supervision in line with the change of international banking industry since 80′s of twenty century.The author pointed out the new inspiration of international banking industry in the 21 st century.The supervisory focus will be shifted from traditional business to both traditional and innovation business,from prudential regulation to both prudential regulation and risk regulation,from separating supervision to unified supervision and from domestic supervision to cross board supervision.Finally the author propound his opinions on China′s own characteristics.
