摘　　要：30年来,随着载人航天的发展,一门综合性、应用性技术科学(Technological Science)——航天医学工程(Space Medico-Engineering)逐步发展起来。它汇集许多互相联系的科学知识、技术方法于一体,旨在研究和解决载人航天全过程中人的安全、身心健康和工作效率问题;寻求航天器座舱人、机、环境系统的最佳组合方案,以便使工程系统达到安全。Space medico-engineering which integrates space medical science with engineering is developing as a comprehensive, applied frontier of technological sciences since occurrance of manned space flight. The main purpose of space medico-engineering is to study the space environmental factors on human body and protection from them,to establish the methods and facilities for the selection and training of astronauts, to provide optimum environmental conditions within space vehicles and to insure safety,physical and mental healthy and working efficiency of the astronauts in the whole process of space flight. Space medico-engineering system is an important system in the manned space engineering complex.
