摘 要:制备不同配比的ABS/PMMA合金 ,分别测试其缺口冲击强度、拉伸强度、热变形温度、熔体指数 ,结果表明 :1)ABS中引入PMMA可以提高耐热性能。 2 )ABS与PMMA共混能提高PMMA的力学性能特别是缺口冲击强度。 3 )当ABS/PMMA中PMMA为 2 0 %时 ,共混物具有最优的力学性能。 4)一般情况下 ,ABS/PMMA合金的流动性介于ABS和PM MA的之间。s Samples of ABS/PMMA with different blending ratio were prepared,and the impact strength,tensile strength at break,elongation at break,HDT, MI and module of the blends were determined.The results showed 1) the use of PMMA could improve the heat resistance of the blend; 2)the use of ABS and PMMA improved the mechanical properties,especially the notched impact strength of the blend; 3)when the content of PMMA was 20%,the blend had the optimum mechanical properies; 4)generally,the flowability of ABS/PMMA blend was between the flowability of ABS and that of PMMA。
