摘  要:用离子选择性电极法对A型分子筛、小晶粒A型分子筛、高铝P型分子筛 (MAP)、Na2 SiO3 ·9H2 O、层状二硅酸钠等不同无机代磷助剂的钙交换速率进行测定 ,并将它们与三聚磷酸钠 (STPP)进行比较 ,结果发现STPP不论在钙交换速率上还是钙交换深度上都优于其他助剂 ;Na2 SiO3 ·9H2 O表现出较快的钙交换速率 ,但钙交换深度不够 ;分子筛中小晶粒A表现出较快的钙交换速度 ,而MAP型分子筛则相对较慢 ,其顺序为MAP <NaA <小晶粒A ,但 3者的钙交换程度都很深 ;同时对层状二硅酸钠中的α、β、δ 3个相的钙交换速率进行比较 ,发现 3者的起始速度差别并不明显 ,但在 10s后开始显出差别 ,其顺序为α <β <δ ,其中δ -层状二硅酸钠The rate of calcium uptake of different inorganic non-phosphorus detergent builder such as:NaA,finely divided NaA,MAP,Na_2SiO_3·9H_2O,SKS-6 was studied by ion selective electrode method and compared with STPP.The result showed that STPP was prior to others not only in the rate of calcium uptake but in the degree of calcium uptake;Na_2SiO_3·9H_2O showed quick speed but the degree of the calcium uptake was not enough;among zeolites,the finely divided NaA showed very quick speed than others,and the rate of MAP was slowly,the order is MAP<NaA<finely divided a,but the degree of all the zeolites was high;and the rate of the calicum uptake of different layered disilicates were also studied at the same time,it was found that the difference of the series of layered disilicates at the beginning was slight,but that was clearly after 10 seconds,the order was α<β<δ,and after two minutes the rate of δ-Na_2Si_2O_5 can be comparable to NaA.
