摘　　要：在涤纶ＰＯＹ装置上加装ＳＩＣＳ型热管,通过适当调整工艺参数,就可得到所需品质的热管全拉伸丝(ＦＳＹ)。本文对这种生产方法进行了说明,并探讨了热管位置、热管温度、纺丝速度和加工张力对生产状态和产品质量的影响。Put FSY hot tube on polyester POY plant, and FSY winch quality is wanted win be obtained by adjusting the process parameters approci-atery. The method of production is introduced, and effects such as hot tube position, hot tube temperature and spinning speed etc on the state of production and quality are discussed.
