摘　　要：为配合中间包镁质喷涂料的推广使用 ,研制了一种镁质喷涂料专用覆盖剂。该覆盖剂具有良好的铺展性和保温效果 ,在使用过程中粉尘少、不结壳、不挂渣。中间包使用该覆盖剂后 ,渣对镁质喷涂料的侵蚀和渗透作用很小 ,大幅度提高了喷涂料的使用寿命 。A special cover agent for MgO based tundish coating was developed with good spreading and insulating properties.Under the service condition,the cover agent spurts little dust,does not congeal and has not slag adhered.When the cover agent was used,the tundish slag had weak corrosion and penetration on MgO based coating.So the service life of MgO based coating is increased greatly.This cover agent can be widely used in the continuous casting tundish where MgO based coating is employed.
