摘　　要：元计算机就是一个用软件连接起来的像PC一样容易使用的异构网络计算资源 ,近年来发展非常迅速 .文章首先讨论了它的发展背景 ,接着介绍了元系统在国内外的发展和研究的情况 ,并在此基础之上给出了一个灵活的实例———IceT .The metacomputer is a network of heterogeneous computational resources linked by software in such a way that they can be used as easily as a personal computer.It has been rapidly developed these years.The background and its research at home and abroad have been discussed in the paper.On this base,an example of flexible framework——IceT are presented.
