摘 要:本文介绍了在UO_2粉末中加入造孔剂制备低密度UO_2燃枓芯块的方法。试验结果表明,加入4wt%草酸铵可获得85.31%TD的烧结块,其开口孔率为0.69%。加入2wt%聚乙烯醇可获得85.10%TD烧结块,其开口孔率为1.16%。而且,它们的孔隙形态、尺寸及分布都是令人满意的。两者再烧结后芯块密度分别增加了0.22%TD和0.30%TD,晶粒尺寸分别为14.3μm和16.1μm。In this paper, the method fabricating the lower density UO_2 fuel pellet is investigated. The experimental result shows that 85.31%TD pellet, whose open porosity is 0.69%, can be obtained if 4wt% ammonium oxalate is addded. However, 85.10% TD pellet, whose open porosity is 1.16%, can be obtained if 2wt% polyvinyl alcohol is added. In addition,their pore shape, size and distribution are also satisfactory. After resintering, their density increasements are 0.22% TD and 0.3% TD respectively. The grain sizes are 14.3μm and 16.1μm respectively.
