摘  要:本文主要从生理学和心理学的角度,全面阐述了体育锻炼可以积极而有效地改善人体的新陈代谢,使人体各器官充满活力,发挥人的体能和潜能,从而延年益寿.对提高全民体育意识。From the two aspects of physiology and psychology I expound comprehensively that taking exercise can improve people's metabolism effectively and actively. It also can make the organs full of energy and develop the person's latent energy and physical ability. There by, we can promise longevity. Taking exercise has its' own realistic significance that improving all the people's consciousness of physical education and promoting all the people's body-building.
