摘　　要：介绍了电力生产进入市场后 ,电力通信应怎样更好地为电力生产服务。同时强调了山西省应尽快组建自己的ATM网络 ,为电力系统提供宽带数字综合业务接入平台。The article introduced a plan about how does the electric power telecommunication serve the electric power production better after electric power production entering the market. At the same time emphasised that Shanxi province should built ATM network quickly, and make it provide a broadbanddigital intergrated service access platform for electric power system.
