摘　　要：研究开发了全面煤质工程分析系统软件 实现了用工程分析和经济分析相结合的方法来评价煤质变化对电厂运行成本的影响。作为电厂优化运行方案，在非设计煤种中选择最佳煤种和混配比或对新建电厂方案评估的依据。Total coal quality engineering analysis system is set up and the software is developed． The influence of change in coal quality on the operating cost of coal－fired power plant is evaluated by using the engineering and economic combined analysis method． With the software as evaluation basis the following functions are realized: to optimize the operation scheme of power plant to choose the optimal type of coal and blending proportion of coals in the non－designed coal varieties and to evaluate the design scheme of new power plant etc．
