摘　　要：通过对电气设备绝缘子污闪原因分析及防污闪工作的实践，从RTV涂料组成出发，论述其防污闪作用原理，提出憎水迁移性是RTV涂料在电瓷防污闪中的关键特性。Through the causes analysis of porcelain insulator pollution flashover and practices of antipollution－ flashover work this paper proceeding from the composition of RTV coatingexpounds the principles of antipollution－flashover effect of RTV coating and considers that hydrophobic－migration property is a key property in antipollution－flashover of porcelain insulator．
