摘  要:本文简要介绍了自循环蒸发冷却的技术原理和一套在此基础之上开发的仿真软件。这套软件完善了蒸发冷却系统的计算模型 ,从而提高了计算稳定性 ,扩大了计算范围。同时考虑到蒸发冷却电机在实际中可能运行的不平衡工况 (线棒间负荷分布不均匀 ) ,在仿真计算中增加了对不平衡情况的计算。最后 ,为了验证这套软件的计算可靠性与精度 ,在李家峡 40This paper briefly presents the theory of CLSC evaporative cooling system and a package of simulation software developed based on it. In this software, the calculating model was rebuilt and improved to enhance the calculation stability and extend the calculation scope. Moreover, considering that the evaporative cooling generator may be running under unbalanced conditions (loads between bars being different), the calculation of multi loop under unbalanced conditions was also presented. At last, to verify the reliability and accuracy of the simulation result, experiments based on model of Lijiaxia 400MW hydrogenerator stator bars were given.
