摘　　要：本文对电力市场的运行进行了计算机模拟 ,在所模拟的市场中 ,市场运行机构可以调整系统备用容量的购买价格 ,发电厂考虑备用容量价格进行报价 ,这一过程迭代进行 ,直接产生同时满足功率平衡要求和备用容量要求的发电计划。本文推导了发电厂考虑备用容量价格时提交报价曲线的策略 ,通过市场模拟分析了由竞价产生的发电计划的成本。A new electricity market model is presented in this paper.Generators provide bid curves after the Power Exchange releases a spinning reserve price. The spinning reserve requirements of the system are handled within the market clearing process.The market model was simulated using a program.It is found out that market competition will keep system production cost very low.In addition,Complex movement of price was discovered.
