摘  要:研究了叶片淋洗对 Na Cl胁迫下两个不同耐盐性玉米品种生长和体内矿质营养含量的影响。结果表明 :无盐胁迫时 ,两品种 p H 3.5淋洗处理的生物量明显下降 ,加盐 ( 1 0 0 mmol/L Na Cl)时 ,各淋洗处理间无明显差异。 p H7.0和 3.5淋洗降低农大 31 38(耐盐中等品种 )盐胁迫时茎叶钠含量 ,茎叶钾含量在不加盐时升高、加盐时降低 ;而高油 1 1 5(盐敏感品种 )两元素变化小。高油 1 1 5p H3.5淋洗处理在不加盐时增加茎叶钙的含量 ,加盐时无影响 ;农大 31 38不加盐时淋洗对钙无影响 ,加盐时含量降低。根系 3元素含量变化小。盐胁迫降低玉米生物量、提高茎叶和根系钠、钙含量、降低钾含量。The impact of foliar leaching on growth and mineral nutrient contents of two maize varieties under NaCl stress was investigated.The results showed that,without NaCl stress,the biomass of maize treated by pH 3.5 mist decreased significantly and there was no difference between mist and control treatments under NaCl stress(100mmol/L).The shoot Na + content of var.Nongda 3138 (middle salt-tolerace) with pH3.5 and pH7.0 mist treatment decreased under salt stress,and the K + content increased without salt stress but decreased under salt stress.There were no significant differences for the shoot Na + and K + contents of var.Gaoyou 115(salt\|sensitive)between mist and control treatments.The shoot Ca 2+ content of pH3.5 mist of var.Gaoyou 115 increased without salt stress and had no effect under salt stress and that of var.Nongda 3138 had no change without salt\|stress and decreased under salt stress.The three element contents of root had no significant difference.Salt stress decreased biomass,and increased Na + and Ca 2+ content and decreased K + content of shoot and root of maize.
