摘　　要：目的 :探讨壳聚糖絮凝澄清剂用于精制中药水提液时对锌、锰、钙及重金属元素铅的影响。方法 :原子吸收分光光度计对壳聚糖澄清后的中药水提液中的锌、锰、钙、铅等元素进行含量测定。结果 :与水醇法相比 ,壳聚糖澄清工艺能明显提高锌、锰、钙等元素的转移率 ,同时对重金属元素铅有一定的去除作用。结论Objective: To study the effects of clarificant chitosan on contents of zinc,manganese,calcium and heavy metal lead in the water extraction liquid of chinese herbal medicines. Methods: The contents of these elements were determined by atomic absorption spectrophotometry.Results: The results indicated that the chitosan clarification could raise the transfer rate of some inorganic elements such as zinc,manganese and calcium as compared with water extraction and alcohol precipitation method,And it could also reduce the amount of heavy metal lead.Conclusion: chitosan as a clarificant is promising in the field of refining water extraction liquid of chinese herbal medicines.
