脑复清胶囊治疗老年期痴呆30例临床观察

摘　　要：目的 :观察脑复清胶囊治疗老年性痴呆的临床疗效。方法 :采用脑复清胶囊治疗 30例老年性痴呆患者 ,并设对照组 30例。结果 :2组治疗后的MMSE和HDS R积分值均有显著增加 (P <0 .0 5～ 0 .0 1) ,但组间差异不显著 ;试验组和对照组的总有效率分别为 83.3%和 80 .0 % ,组间疗效无差异。结果 :脑复清胶囊治疗老年性痴呆疗效肯定 ,但与西药对照药脑通比较 。Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of Naofuqing Capsules on senile dementia. Methods: 30 patients with senile dementia were treated with Naofuqing Capsules and the curative results were compared with that of the control group 30 cases. Results: The results showed that the integral titres of MMSE and HDS R of groups increased obviously after treatment( P <0.05～0.01), but there was no obvious difference between two groups( P >0.05). The total effective rates were 83.3% and 80.0%,respectively. No obvious difference was observed in clinical effect between two groups. Conclusion: Naofuqing Capsules possesses a definite therapeutic effect for senile dementia.
