摘　　要：用液体闪烁计数器测定蛋白质浓度是一种新的、准确的方法,我们用这种方法测定58例人精浆样品,测定结果与常规Loury比色法比较,它们之间有密切的相关关系,经T检验,两种方法之间无显著性差异。The measurement of protein concentration with liquid scintillation counting is a new and accurate method. 58 human semen samples were measured by this method and compared with the routine Lowry's colorimetric analysis. The results from both methods were closely related to each other (P<0.001) and no significant difference between these two methods was found (P>0.05 for T test).
