摘  要:目的 探讨绿脓杆菌胞外粘液多糖 (MEP)制备的结合菌苗的免疫效果。方法 将绿脓杆菌MEP与B群脑膜炎球菌外膜蛋白复合物 (OMPC)交联制成MEP -OMPC结合菌苗。免疫小鼠后 ,以ELISA法检测血清中抗MEP(IgG)抗体水平 ,并观察其对细菌腹腔攻击的保护作用。结果 以MEP -OMPC免疫小鼠后 ,所产生的抗MEP(IgG)抗体水平明显高于单纯MEP免疫组和PBS对照组 ,并能有效地预防绿脓杆菌的全身感染。结论 绿脓杆菌MEP -OMPC结合菌苗较单纯MEP具有更强免疫原性 。Aim To study the immunogenicity of mucoid exopolysaccharide conjugated vaccine of P.aeruginosa.Methods The MEP-OMPC conjugated vaccine was prepared using the MEP of P.aeruginosa extracted from a mucoid strain and the OMPC of N.meningitidis serogroup B as a carrier.The immunogenicity and protective efficiency of MEP-OMPC were studied in mice,compared with the MEP vaccine.Results After immunization,the level of anti-MEP(IgG) antibody induced by MEP-OMPC was much higher than that induced by MEP,and the conjugated vaccine could effectively prevent the mice from systemic infection due to P.aeruginosa.Conclusions The immunogenicity of MEP-OMPC vaccine was much stronger than that of the vaccine composed of MEP only.The conjugated vaccine could induce high titer opsonophagocytic killing antibody and protect the mice from systemic infection of P.aeruginosa.
