摘 要:目的 :探索羧乙基锗倍半氧化物 (Ge- 132 ,锗 - 132 )对大鼠颈上神经节细胞及烟碱传递过程的影响。方法 :离体交感神经节细胞内生物电记录。结果 :Ge- 132在 1× 10 - 4 mol/ L 或更高浓度 ,可逆地抑制剌激节前神经引起的快兴奋性突触后电位(FEPSP)的幅度 ,并可使动作电位发放频率减少 ,而对乙酰胆碱 (ACh)引起的膜除极反应无显著的影响。 Ge- 132在抑制FEPSP同时对细胞膜被动膜性质无明显的影响。结论 :Ge- 132对烟碱传递的抑制作用可能是其使突触前 ACh释放减少所至。Objective:To study the effects of Carboxyethygermanium sesquioxide (Ge 132) on neurons and on nicotinic transmission of the isolated superior cervical ganglia of the rats Methods:Intracellular recording were kept from neurons of the isolated ganglia ResultsL:At the concentration of 1×10 4 mol/L or more,Ge 132 reversibly depressed the amplitude and duration of the fast excitatory postsynaptic potential (FEPSP) induced by preganglionic nerve stimulationand the frequency discharge of cell action potentials Ge 132 did not significantly change the membrane depolarization induced by application of acetylcholine (ACh) The passive membrane properties of the sympathetic neurons were not significantly altered by Ge 132 Conclusion:Ge 132 induced depression of nicotinic transmission may be explained by an action of Ge 132 on the reducing presynaptic ACh release
