摘　　要：本文用放免法研究了中草药有效成分灯盏乙素(简称SC)对大白鼠体内主要器官心房肽水平的影响,并且为进一步探讨和论证其作用原理,还对去迷走神经和阿托品化大鼠进行灯盏乙素药理实验以观察大鼠主要器官心房肽含量变化。显示:灯盏乙素能刺激大鼠心房肽分泌,而且与大鼠迷走神经传入纤维有关。In this report we studied the effects of a chinese herb - Scutellarine on ANP level in main organs of rats by RIA, and examined its pharmacological action through vagotomy and atropinization on rats experiment, the ANP changes has been observed in main organs of those rats also. It demonstrated that Scutellarine can stimulate the secretion of ANP in rats and is related to the afferent nerve of its vagus nerve.
