摘　　要：对多层砖混结构顶层墙体出现有规律的水平裂缝及斜裂缝现象 ,从温度、施工、设计三方面分析了裂缝之所以出现的原因 ,并提出了具体计算裂缝开裂的方法及注意事项。结合裂缝的产生机理 ,进而采用合理的加固方法和处理措施 ,使砖混结构质量的安全得到了保证。Horizontal and tilted cracks regularly appear on top wall of multilayer brick-concrete structure. The paper analyses cause of cracks from three aspects of temperature, construction and design, and puts forward methods and noticeable matters of particularly calculating crack. By analysis of cause principle of cracks, quality and safety of brick-concrete structure are ensured using rational strengthening methods and treating measures.
