摘　　要：用PIXE分析方法测定了人的脑脊液样品中K、Ca、Cr、Mn、Fe、Ni、Cu、Zn和Br等多种微量元素,比较了无脑疾病人与脑疾病患者的脑脊液样品中元素含量的差异,并对截瘫患者手术前后脑脊液中元素含量的变化进行了探讨。Samples of human cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) have been investigated by PIXE analysis. Trace elements of K, Ca, Cr, Mn, Fe, Ni, Cu, Zn and Br were determined from observed X-ray spectra. Elemental concentrations in CSF samples from men without brain disease and from patients with brain disease have been compared. The variation of elemental concentrations in CSF samples, taken from patients before and after paraplegia surgery, was also studied.
