摘　　要：目的　研究槲皮素对人肝癌细胞SMMC772 1生长抑制的影响。方法　采用3 H—TdR掺入法 ,MTT检测法和双层琼脂集落形成实验 ,观察了肝癌细胞的生长变化。结果　槲皮素对人肝癌细胞SMMC772 1有显著的抑制生长及增殖 ,并能使肝癌细胞出现脱落死亡 ,DNA生成物减少 ,肝癌细胞SMMC772 1集落形成率降低。结论　本实验研究提示 ,槲皮素对肝癌细胞SMMC772 1具有较强的抑制生长及增殖性 。Aim To study the inhibition effects of quercetin on human hepatic Cancer line SMMC7721.Methods The growth changes of hepatic cancer cells were observed by 3 H-TDR uptake test,MTT method and Agar clone formation test.Results Quercetin had a significant inhibition to growth and proliferation of human hepatic cancer line SMMC7721.The cancer cells treated by quercetion occurred the phenomenon of death,reduction of DNA,and decrease of clone formation rate.Conclusion Quercetin is an efficient anti-cancer drug and can be used in the study of clinical therapy.
