正海复方煎剂对小鼠NK细胞杀伤活性的调节作用

摘　　要：目的　研究正海复方煎剂对免疫低下小鼠NK细胞杀伤活性的调节作用 ,为其开发应用提供实验依据。方法　制备荷S180 移植肿瘤模型和环磷酰胺制备免疫低下模型 ,用阳性对照药云芝肝泰和不同剂量正海复方煎剂灌胃进行免疫治疗 ,采用LDH释放法检测小鼠NK细胞杀伤活性。结果　正海复方煎剂 5 0 0 %和 2 5 0 %剂量治疗荷瘤小鼠后 ,其NK活性分别为 2 3.5 5 %± 4.17%、和 2 2 .6 6 %± 4.5 2 % ,接近于阳性对照组的 2 3.98%± 4.0 2 % ,显著高于荷瘤对照组的 16 .31%± 5 .2 9%。 5 0 0 %正海复方煎剂治疗免疫低下小鼠后 ,其NK活性为 2 6 .0 1%± 6 .71% ,接近于阳性对照组的 2 5 .94%± 4.89% ,显著高于免疫低下对照组的 17.6 0 %± 6 .6 2 % ,并均达正常鼠水平。Aim To study the adjustment function of the Zhenghai Preparation (ZHH) on NK cells' killing activity of the low immunity mice and offer an evidence to develop this preparation.Methods To make two models beforehand: one was the mice of translated tumor with S 180 ,another was the mice of low immunity with cyclophosphoramide(CTX).And then to treat the positive control group with Yun Zhi Gan Tai and the different dosages groups of ZHH by ig,with the method of LDH release to test murine NK cells'killing activity.Results To treat the tumor-loaded mice with the ZHH dosages of 500% and 250%,the NK activity was 23.55%±4.17% and 22.66%±4.52% respectively.They were almost the same as 23.98%±4.02% which was in the positive control group.And they were also greatly above 16.31%±5.29% which was in the tumor-loaded group.Treated with 500% ZHH,the NK activity of the low immunity mice was 26.01%±6.71%.It was greatly above 17.60%±6.62% which was in the low immunity group.And it reached the level of the normal mice.Conclusion ZHH has the regulative function to raise the NK activity of the low immunity mice.
