应用数字化移动式小C臂X线影像系统行经皮腔内冠状动脉成形术的可行性研究

摘  要:目的:评价应用小C臂X光机进行经皮腔内冠状动脉成形术(PTCA)及冠脉内支架植入术(stenting)的可行性和有效性。方法:使用美国产OEC9600-cardiac小C臂X光机,于20例冠心病患者26支病变血管29处行PTCA术,其中17例18处病变行Stenting术,植入支架19枚。结果:血管成功率96.6%,病变成功率96.6%,病例成功率100%,包括2例为急诊PTCA+Setnting。平均狭窄程度由术前85.48%±10.92%减至术后<20%,全部病例术后心绞痛症状较术前明显减轻或消失,无严重并发症发生。结论:应用小C臂X光机可以用来开展PTCA及Stenting。Practicability and effectivily of the percutaneous transluminal coronory angioplasty (TPCA) and stenting per-formed with OEC9600-cardiac fluoroscopic imaging system were investigated. There were 29 lesion locations undergoing PTCA in 26 lesion vessels in 20 patients with coronary disease, among them there were 17 patients undergoing stentong in 18 lesion locations. 19 stents were placed. Success rate was 100% , including two cases who accepted emergency PTCA + Stenting. Average vessel stenosis scale reduced from 85.48% ± 10.92% befor revascularization to<20% after revascularization. The angina prominently improved or disappeared after revascularization in all patients and there were not severe complication. In summary, the PTCA and stenting can be performed with OEC960-cardiac fluoroscopic imaging system.
