摘　　要：为更好地开展整体护理 ,护理部注重在护理人员配备、人员培训、观念转变和具体运作上起组织、导向、协调和监控作用。达到了拓宽护士知识面 ,提高护士专业素质 ;密切护患关系 ,减少医疗纠纷和投诉的发生 ;满足病人基本护理需求 ,为病人提供优质服务的目的。体会到整体护理开展得好 ,观念转变是根本 ;领导重视是关键 ;人员培训是基础 ;质量监控是保证。In order to better holistic nursing, organization, direction, coordination and monitoring were conducted in administration of the nursing department to personal allocation, personal training, nursing view evolution and daily work.Consequently, the nurses' range of knowledge was widened, their professional quality improved, the patient-nurse relationship more intimate and the compaints about the nursing service reduced.
