摘  要:目的了解大鼠CAG证病结合模型内分泌变化。方法 Wistar雌性大鼠分对照组,CAG组,脾虚CAG组,肝郁CAG组,肾虚CAG组,分别于实验35wk,45wk,51wk取样测定氧耗量,血浆皮质醇、睾酮、E_2、TT_3、总羰基含量以及,肾上腺、甲状腺、卵巢组织病理。结果 CAG组内分泌变化相对不明显,脾虚CAG组甲状腺功能总的呈低下表现,肾上腺功能变化不明显。卵巢卵泡发育功能降低但血浆E_2含量升高。肝郁CAG组早状腺滤泡的吸收期特征较明显,血浆TT_3含最先升高后正常,肾上腺以功能增强表现为主,卵巢卵泡发育功能降低,血浆E_2含量升高,激素间有序性较其他各组增强,肾虚CAG组早状腺功能降低最明显,肾上腺明显萎缩,血浆皮质醇含量明显降低,卵巢卵泡发育功能降低明显,血浆E_2含量升高,各实验组血浆睾酮含量均降低,总羰基含量先降低后增高。结论不同CAG证病结合模型有不同的内分泌改变。AIM To observe the changes of combined rat CAG models of syndromes and disease. METHODS Female Wistar rats were divided into five groups: control group, CAG group, deficiency of the spleen CAG group, the liver-qi stagnation CAG group, and kidney deficiency CAG group. We respectively determined the amount of oxygen consumption, plasma cortisol, testosterone, E_2, TT_3, total carbonyl group and observed the pathologic changes in adrenal gland, thyroid and ovary 35, 45 and 51 weeks after the experiment. RESULTS There were no obvious endocrine changes in CAG group. The spleen deficiency of CAG group had signs of hypothyroidism, no obvious changes in adrenal gland function, ovarian and follicular development lowered but the plasma E_2 of this group increased. There were obvious character of absorption period of thyroid follicle in liver-qi stagnation CAG group. At the same time the content of plasma TT_3 were elevated firstly and then became normal. Adrenal gland function was enhanced and ovary and follicle was lowered in development but the plasma E_2 was increased in the liver-qi stagnation CAG group. The sequence in endocrine was also obvious. The kidney deficiency CAG group was most significant in hypothyroidism and adrenal gland shrank obviously, the plasma cortisol was decreased apparently, ovarian and follicular agenesia was obvious and the plasma E_2 was increased in this group. The testosterone content and the total carbonyl were decreased at first and increased later In all groups. CONCLUSION There were different endocrine changes in different combined models of syndromes and disease.
