倍欣对2型糖尿病患者胰岛素抵抗的临床研究

摘　　要：目的 :探讨倍欣对糖尿病胰岛素敏感性的影响。　方法 :6 1例 2型糖尿病患者加服倍欣前后 ,测定血糖、血脂、C肽、胰岛素水平及胰岛素敏感指数 (ISI)。　结果 :服用倍欣后糖尿病患者血糖、血脂、胰岛素、C肽水平明显下降 ,ISI值上升 ,P<0 .0 1。　结论 :倍欣除了降低血糖外 ,还能改善糖尿病患者对胰岛素的敏感性。Objectives:To study the effect of Basen on the sensitivity of insulin in diabetes mellitus. Methods: Blood glucose, lipoprotein, insulin, C peptide were assayed after and before the administration of Basen. Results:Levels of insulin, blood glucose, and C peptide were lowered after four weeks administration of Basen, which changed contrarily to ISI. Conclusions:Basen has effects not only on lowering blood glucose but also on improving the insulin resistance.
