摘　　要：根据轴承温锻模的使用条件、性能要求 ,优选出 65Nb材料 ,并对它进行了合理的热处理 ,分析了其抗高温软化性能 ,揭示了其提高模具寿命的原因。According to the results of the using conditions and properties of the warm forging dies for the bearing. The optimization of die materials is 65Nb. A reasonable heat-treatment is designed for this material. On the base of the experimental study of the softening resistance the reason how to develop the service life of the die is esposed.
