摘　　要：本文介绍了通过调整改进分散配方及操作工艺，严把溶解质量来提高分散合格率，减小粒径分布，另外，还通过改善粒径、 pH值、粘度等涂布工艺参数来进一步提高胶片的防粘连性能。Through a comprehensive adjustment of the composition recipe of matting agent dispersion and operation technology,and the strict control of the dissolution Process of high polymer,the qualification rate of dispersion can be raised and the distribution range of matting agent grain diameter narrowed.Furthermore,the anti－ sticking properties can be improved through the adjustment of coating technology parameters,namely:grain diameter distribution range,pH value,viscosity etc..
