摘　　要：分析了LLDPE树脂产品质量变差的原因。指出了LLDPF粉末造粒时,不能与外界的空气接触,并要保证添加剂正常加入。造粒之前,必须脱除粉末树脂夹带的催化剂、烷基铝。2个措施实施后,产品质量显著改善。Causes of property deterioration of LLDPE during pelletizing are studied. It is recommended that, before and during pelletizing, the LLDPE powder should not be exposed to air, the additives must be added in proper proportions, and residual Cat and TEAL must be removed prior to pelletizing. Quality of product pellets is improved remarkably by taking these measures.
